Hello, I’m Jime. [He-May]
The creative mind behind
I am a freelance web and graphic designer based in Mexico (home of the best food in the world, a.k.a tacos and salsa) and I’ve had the opportunity of working with clients all around the globe, but especially those in North America. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and have had extensive experience working with small businesses, ministries and churches, web design agencies, franchises and even other artists and freelancers like myself.
In whichever category you might be in, know that my goal is to use my passion to free you up to focus on yours.

My Story
How it all Happened.
Since middle-school and all the way up to college I experienced first hand what a well designed project could do. Throughout those years I developed a love for marketing, communication and design. I graduated with a business degree from one of the top universities in Mexico and soon after I took on a volunteer graphic design position at a non-profit organization. This gave me the opportunity to create, design and travel to other countries, and in doing so, I discovered the many ways in which my work could serve and impact others. It was then that I decided to become a full-time freelance designer.

As my client network expanded, I decided to launch my first website featuring my personal graphic design portfolio. In doing so, I fell in love with the process and I discovered that web design brought together so many of the things I enjoyed about design, technology and business. Since then, I’ve worked hard at becoming trained and certified, collaborating with other designers and agencies, and growing my skill set into something my clients can rely upon.
Today, being a freelancer is much more than just a career for me. It is the way in which I get to use my passion for design, along with my skills and abilities,

I graduated with honors from one of the top universities in Mexico (Universidad Anáhuac México) with a B.A. in Business Management. I also have a specialization in UI/UX Design from CALARTS (California Institute of the Arts on Coursera).
I’ve also had training in areas such as:

We were looking for a more polished look for our Team Member Handbook – it’s the first impression new employees have of our company and so important that it reflects the professionalism we expect from our staff. The product Jime put together was light years ahead of our original Word document in terms of consistency, structure, and overall presentation. It put our company on a whole new level in terms of how we present ourselves as an organization to our team.

Once the project was complete, we wanted the ability to edit and update the handbook as we needed. Jime completed several video tutorials showing us how to update the document that made it easy to learn a much more advanced design program. She was always available for questions and to help us throughout the process.
In addition to the handbook, Jime also created an infographic to more clearly illustrate our Mission, Vision and Values as an organization. Her design showed a clear understanding of our business and the key points we were trying to convey. The infographics have since helped tremendously to explain what we’re about as an organization and what we’re trying to accomplish each day for our team and our guests.
I didn’t know what a huge difference a professional graphic design could make until working with Jime. She is prompt to respond and has produced high-quality results on each of the projects she has developed for us. Highly recommend Jime and her company!

She was very patient with all my questions and thoroughly explained the reason behind why certain things had to be done a certain way. Jime has an eye for detail and functionality. (A very important skill when dealing with a website of a couple dozen pages.)
